Twyford under 14's found themselves 2 goals down against Bridgwater VPR and it looked as though it wasn't going to be a good afternoon for them, but Nathan Hill headed home an Alex Bressington free kick to reduce the deficit. This spurred Twyford on and Liam Vellacott threaded a pass through for Tom Nunez to bring the scores level which is how they remained until half time. The 2nd half was all Twyford and Jason Allington took the lead for Twyford after Liam Short looped it over the top. Liam Vellacott was to further Twyford's lead after Alex Bressington went for a solo run down the left wing and whipped the ball in. Jack Isaacs was to complete the scoring for Twyford with a brilliant lob over the keeper. The final score Twyford 5 - Bridgwater VPR 2. Also playing well for Twyford were Toyga Kekilli, Kieron Chard-Maple, Connor Daveridge, Harry Justice, Matthew Mann and keeper Yiannis Nickolopolous.
